Frequently Asked Questions

Croissant Cereal FAQ’s

Like all of our croissants, we began rolling our Petit Cereal by hand in our Brooklyn apartment. Each hand-rolled mini croissant is baked and then dehydrated before being lightly coated in our house-made cinnamon sugar syrup. The result is a crunchy, decadent treat that combines our love of classic French patisserie with our obsession with life’s littlest pleasures.

How much cereal do you make? When can I get it?

Today, with the help of a few more hands, we are able to produce around ten boxes of cereal a day. These are sold almost every day beginning at 8 am in both our Brooklyn Heights and West Village store fronts.

Can I reserve a box of cereal? How about shipping one?

Currently, we are unable to pre-order or ship the cereal, so the only way to get your hands on a box is to come visit us in person.

What time should I get in line?

So that you have the best chances of securing a box, we recommend coming as close to 8 am as possible. Typically, lines are much shorter on weekdays.

How much does it cost?

Our full sized box is $50 and our small box is $25.

What is the shelf life?

Because we dehydrate the cereal after baking, it is best enjoyed up to three weeks from the sell date.
